part of a designer’s value comes from their taste and confidence in sharing it. music is important to me, so in summer 2025 i became a dj at wcbn 88.3 fm. my weekly show, "songs & stuff," helps me share my taste and get better at articulating it. this is the most recent episode.
belt grad gift 5/25/25
when my brother graduated high school, i wanted to give him a meaningful, useful gift. i laser engraved a belt with “carpe diem quam minimum credula postero,” our childhood home on one side, and the ut austin union (where he’s going) on the other.
l.a trip 10/23/24
i spent spring break in los angeles, where i met with 9 umich alumni, including one at nasa jpl.
bench guitar rack + cajon 6/21/25
i love playing guitar, especially with others. my gear took up too much space, so i built this bench to organize it. it also has a pull-out cajon drum for drumming or extra seating.
presentation to stamps pre-college 6/23/25
i was invited by the stamps pre-college program to share my work and design journey with high schoolers interested in design. i used the opportunity to show my projects, give advice, and introduce students to design.

i became obsessed with designing the perfect hoodie for me and created and printed a graphic for a place that doesnt exist.

i planned a week-long camping trip with friends across michigan, spending needed time in nature and seeing the best of the state.

i met weekly with carhartt design vp ben ewy to advise him on his talk at tedxuofm about sustainable design.
the game keepsake 12/1/2023
when michigan beat ohio state my freshman year, i rushed the field, grabbed some turf, and made it into a keepsake for my dad.
dangle 10/2020
dangle was a clothing brand i started with a friend in middle school. i learned branding, got feedback to improve my designs, and picked up new skills like screen printing and photography. we built an online shop, ran ads, and grew a local following.
